Bossche Bollen are a sweet speciality from the Dutch town of s'-Hertogenbosch (also called Den Bosch). Bossche Bol is Dutch for Den Bosch Ball. Basically it's a large cream puff, sometimes larger than a tennis ball, filled with cream and covered in high-quality chocolate.
