In order for a dish to taste perfectly, next to finest ingredients, there needs to be lots of love and heart put into the cooking. And lots of love and heart is also part of the glasses we design for you.

In love for our glasses, we also give them proper names instead of some kind of serial numbers.

And as consciously as you are dealing with your food and nutrition, you certainly want to make the best decisions for your eyes. Because your eyesight is essential and we take care of you additionally looking great in your eyewear.

FUNK Food by FUNKeyewear

The term "sustainability" is on so many lips that it is actually more sloppy than meaningful. That's why we like to work with other termins that make it clearer what FUNK Food is really about: Honesty and transparency are our watchwords here.

FUNK Food is manufactured in China and Italy. We communicate this very openly and don't use nice words like "Designed in Germany" or screw on a temple so that it can be called "Made in Germany".

So why don't we produce FUNK Food in Germany as well? Among other things, because this way we are able to offer a wide range of models at a good price for everyone.

However, we also do „Made in Germany“ in our
own eyewear manufactory workshop in Kinsau, Bavaria, Germany. Traditional craftsmanship, highest quality standards and (yes, here's the bad word) sustainability are the characteristics for the eyewear collections by DIETER FUNK and SASHEE SCHUSTER.

By the way, our cases are made in Germany and are not only good for storing glasses, but can be used in numerous ways and, of course, can be completely recycled after a long, eventful life.
