FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
As soon as we receive your order, we will pick the glasses for you in our warehouse. Then each frame must once again meet the critical eyes of our final inspection. Only when everything fits 100%, the glasses are packed and sent on their way to you. This can take about 2 working days, depending on the volume.
The shipping service provider UPS picks up your package from us and in standard shipping it usually takes 2 business days within Germany until delivery to your store. Also in bordering EU countries you can expect about the same transport time.
If the shipment is made to a country outside the EU, e.g. Switzerland, you will have to allow some time for customs clearance.
We ship with UPS and use standard shipping.
Within Germany and most of the bordering EU countries, the delivery time is approx. 2 working days. Outside the EU must be additionally calculated with 1-2 days for customs clearance.
The corresponding costs will be shown to you at t he checkout when you complete your order.
If you need your delivery very urgently, we can also ship by express for an additional charge. Just write us a corresponding instruction in the field "comment" at the shop checkout.
The terms of payment for online orders are the same as those agreed upon for your .
Our models are only available in the specified sizes. However, we have models that are very similar in design and differ mainly in size. I.e. here it is possible to find the perfect match for you and your customer.
As we have our own manufactory, there is more or less nothing we cannot do. With the FUNK Food collection, there are many possibilities because of our hand-dyeing technique. However, these are always customized and we kindly ask you to discuss this with your FUNKrep prior to placing an order online.
The delivery time until completion or delivery time of this custom-made product must also be clarified individually.
We ask for your understanding that specially and individually made glasses cannot be exchanged or returned.
Since we do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible, orders that have been placed can only be changed to a limited extent. Should you need to change an order, please contact our sales department as soon as possible via stock@funk.de or
