Loco Moco is a dish from the Hawaiian Hawaiian cuisine. Numerous variations exist, but basically the dish consists of white rice with a meatballa fried egg and brown gravy. The variations can be for example Breakfast bacon, ham, Breakfast Meat, (Kālua) pork, Linguiça (Sausage), Teriyaki-Beef/Chicken, shrimp or Oysters.
