Böfflamott has a striking angular shape and a more solid profile - the side view becomes a visual effect, so to speak. Colour-matched titanium nose pads and an acetate temple cover make the Ragout a real treat.

Böfflamott is a traditional meat dish of the Bavarian cuisine. For this Beef in red wine (regionally also in white wine) pickled and then braised.
