Details

Overwhelmingly good in taste and also powerful in the face comes the model "Donauwelle" (i.e. wave of the Danube) with the round pilot shape with the two upper double bars. Pure design with colour-coordinated titanium nose pads and acetate temple tips.

The Danube wave is a cake made of sand mass with sour cherries, butter cream and cocoa. It consists of light and dark dough, which is supposed to suggest the waves of the Danube river. Unlike usual cakes, the Donauwelle is usually baked on a cake tray and served in rectangular pieces.
