Rissole has a p3-shaped ring made of acetate, which is slightly angular at the upper edge. The doubled nose bridge gives Rissole a special design element. The filigree FUNK Food metal temples and the titanium nose pads are a good contrast to the front with the acetate ring.

Originating in Savoy, rissoles are delicious filled pastries whose name comes from the Latin russeolus, which means "reddish brown".
The rissoles are a kind of very small pastry with pear. They are usually made at the end with reddish-brown pears like the Blesson or Marlioz varieties. Marlioz Marlioz. The very Marlioz pears are very hard and can only be eaten cooked. The flesh, which which turns red when cooked, is what gives this pastry its name. The pear puree is mixed with sugar and spices. Then the pastry is coated with egg yolk and dusted with icing sugar after baking.
Bon appétit!
